ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION


IVN

All ecosystem restoration courses will utilize IVN for course delivery. IVN is a two-way interactive live lecture broadcasting and receiving system (more details about a typical IVN classroom here: http://www.umats.ums.edu/IVN/typicalivn.html). Lectures will be broadcast from the site listed in the course description to multiple locations throughout Maryland.

The course lectures will be broadcast via IVN from the site listed in the course description to multiple locations throughout Maryland. These locations are campuses affiliated with the Marine Estuarine Environmental Sciences Program (MEES). These sites include UMCP, UMBC, UMES, COMB, Horn Point Laboratory, Appalachian Laboratory and the Chesapeake Biological Laboratory. As part of the application process, we will ask you to identify the campus location at which you plan to take the courses so that we may schedule the IVN system accordingly.
